Ralph Singer Jewelry makes more than 1,000 different jewelry designs. Since most pieces are made to order, the delivery time for your order may be up to four weeks.

Your credit card will not be billed without your approval. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.

Ralph Singer Jewelry currently ships to any address in the Continental United States. Street addresses are necessary since orders cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes.

Due to export restrictions, we are unable to process international orders through our online site. If you would like to ship outside the USA, please contact Customer Service at (773) 278-0300.

Each order may only have one "ship to" address. If you require multiple "ship to" addresses, please order separately for each address.

Ralph Singer Jewelry's preferred method of shipping is via UPS. All orders are shipped fully insured.

We charge a flat fee of $8.00 per shipment for UPS ground and $18.00 for UPS 2nd Day (this charge includes the cost of insuring your shipment). Other shipping options available upon request.

Please note: Paying the additional 2nd Day shipping charge does not expedite the delivery of your order if it is being made to order.
