If you receive
a shipment that has been damaged during shipment,
please do not refuse it!
All of our shipments are sent to you fully
insured.
If you receive a damaged shipment, you
must file a claim with the Delivery Company
or post office that delivered the shipment.
They are responsible for damage or loss
during shipping. They will pick up the package
and once they inspect it, they will return
it to us.
If you discover any hidden or concealed
damage, it must be reported and an inspection
requested within 5 days of delivery. We
cannot be responsible for damaged items
accepted and signed for at the time of delivery.
Do not return any item to Ralph Singer
Jewelry without a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot
be processed.
